Sajeeda Rose, Director of Economic Development of NEP said: “It is extremely encouraging that so many of Northamptonshire’s businesses continue to be so successful in their application of employee training and apprenticeships which are vital to the county’s infrastructure and future business growth.”
Sajeeda added: “Northamptonshire’s key business sectors rely heavily on new generations of employees developing the skills necessary for new and established businesses to thrive and to attract inward investment.”
“I would like to congratulate the Employer of the Year and all nominees of NITAL’s annual awards whose ideals and hard work towards developing their workforce are important to recognise.”
