Next week is Northamptonshire’s Healthy Workplace Week, a five-day campaign between 18-22 May that will encourage local employers to take care of their employees’ health and wellbeing.
With many of us spending more than 60% of our waking hours at work, the campaign challenges bosses to make it easier for staff to inject activity into and around their working day.
Fast Track to Fitness with Saints’ Marc Finney…and you’re invited
Northamptonshire’s #Healthy Workplace Week will kick-off with an energetic launch at Northampton Saints RFC Franklin’s Gardens on Monday 18 May with a healthy breakfast, networking and a five-minute Energizer with Saint’s Strength Conditioning Coach, Marc Finney.
Northamptonshire businesses are invited to get behind the campaign which starts with the healthy breakfast at 8.30am and ends with Workplace Pledges.
Are you ready to sign-up for a new, one-off challenge for #Healthy Workplace week only? Details will be announced at the launch with winners declared at the end of the week.
