Kerry joined NEP in November 2015 to lead on the implementation of the Enterprise Advisers pilot.  This is now a fully developed programme linking schools and employers in the county to develop strategies for ensuring all young people have the right employability skills and understand the options and opportunities to progress in a career in the county. 

As Education Business Manager Kerry is also responsible for the Inspiration Contract (National Careers Service) and engaging a variety of employers to act as inspirers with students in school.  A member of NEP’s Employment and Skills board Kerry brings 20 years of knowledge and experience of working in the careers and work related learning sector working with schools, businesses and young people directly.
