Gill joined NEP in 2007 having previously worked in a stand-alone marketing role for a multi-national food manufacturer.

Gill studied marketing and health at The University of Northampton graduating with a 2:1 classification in 2005. Since graduation, she has gained significant experience in a variety of marketing disciplines ranging from PR to social media management.

Gill's responsibilities at NEP reflect the diversity of her skill set and focus mainly on marketing communications, delivering marketing messages to consumers and stake holders via digital social media platforms such as Twitter and LinkedIn.
